What this is
PAN Paradise is a retirement community of ninety homes on 2.86 acres outside Kochi, built for people who intend to stay.
You pay one refundable deposit and one monthly fee. That covers the home, four meals a day, housekeeping, all upkeep, and professional nursing on your floor at every hour of the day and night. There is nothing to buy, nothing to maintain, and nothing for your family to sort out later.
Eighty per cent of the deposit comes back — to you, or to whoever you nominate. Every figure is on this website.

Government taxes are charged in addition, at the applicable rate. Eighty per cent of the deposit is refunded within 90 days of vacating.

It is two in the morning where you are. Nobody has heard from your father since Tuesday, the neighbour is not answering, and the next flight is thirteen hours.
Here, somebody qualified sees him every day, in his own home, and writes down what they saw. If something has changed, you hear it from us in the morning — not from a hospital.

PAN Paradise is developed by Pallickamalil Agri and Aqua Pvt. Ltd., from the promoters of PAN Cinemas. Sanctioned by Mulamthuruthy Grama Panchayat under Building Permit BP/109281/2026, dated 7 August 2026.
We do not sell homes, so there is no RERA registration to show you. Instead we publish the permit itself.
